SAFE

Help for women and children experiencing domestic violence.

You are worthy of a safe relationship without the hurt of violence, and the SAFE program is here to help every step of the way. We assist families that have fallen victim to domestic violence in all its manifestations: physical, emotional, social, psychological, and spiritual. Safety is our paramount concern. Our services remain confidential and are provided free of charge.

SAFE (Shelter Advocacy Freedom & Empowerment) was established in 1994 to provide essential services and support tailored to the unique needs of each family.

If domestic violence is a reality in your household, the SAFE Program can offer emergency shelter in Sussex County or Kent County in Delaware to help you secure safety. We offer dedicated resources aligned with the needs of each family, aiming to foster healing from the traumatic impacts of domestic violence.

Whether you are currently in or escaping from a hazardous situation, the SAFE Program stands by you, empowering you to reclaim your voice and freedom.
