Full-time position to provide crisis response on the domestic violence hotline in a 24/7 shelter program. Major responsibilities include responding to the hotline, safety planning, providing hotline training to shelter staff, data collection and entry, preparing data reports, building relationships with community resources, and serving on a team that coordinates services for survivors. Associate's degree in human services or relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Empathetic, supportive listening and excellent communication skills required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere are required. Professional experience in domestic violence is desired. Must have a flexible schedule with some evenings.
