A full-time program director is needed for Turning Point with People's Place. Position is based in Milford, DE. Turning Point provides therapy and advocacy services for survivors of domestic violence and children affected by domestic violence. Services include a state-certified treatment program for offenders of domestic violence. Prevention programming in public schools is also provided. Qualified applicants must have a master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and must be licensed in Delaware. Experience in domestic violence and two years of supervisory experience in a trauma-informed program are required. This position requires administrative, communication, and leadership skills, as well as database experience. The Program Director hires and supervises staff and ensures quality services. This is an exempt position and is not remote. Some travel and participation on statewide committees are required.
