Women’s History Month Concert

People's Place is pleased to announce that The Music School of Delaware will be performing "Finding Our Voice - A Women's History Month Concert" to support the People's Place Girls Group Home.

The performance celebrates Women's History Month and will highlight music and musical arrangements by women, about women and for women.  Cantabile Artistic Director, Joanne Ward will lead the Cantabile Women's Chorus at this special event being held at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Lewes, Delaware on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.   Delaware Lieutenant Governor Bethany Hall-Long will emcee the choral program and guest artists Amos Fayette, violin, George Freeman, string bass, and Georgiana Ibach, pianist will be accompanying the chorus.

There is no admission cost to attend the perfomance but a free-will donation is appreciated and will benefit the People's Place Girls Group Home for foster girls ages 13-17.
