Whatcoat Social Services Program

On April 14, 2014, Carleton Carey, Mayor of Dover, presented People's Place with a check for $200.00 from the proceeds of the Mayor's Prayer Breakfast to support the agency's homeless services.  The donation will be used to suppport the Whatcoat program which provides emergency and transitional housing for the homeless.
