Potter Trust Award

People's Place would like to sincerely thank the CenDel Foundation and the Delaware Community Foundation for selecting the organization as a recipient of a $20,000 Potter Trust grant.   Mamie Charest, Executive Director of People's Place accepted the generous award which is allocated to provide education and job training program opportunities to Kent County homeless.  This will include GED classes and other general workforce job training to create marketable skills and foster sulf-sufficiency.
