Annual Breakfast

The People's Place Annual Breakfast was held on May 16, 2018 to honor current employees and community supporters.   Representative Harvey Kenton was the keynote speaker and shared his history and involvement with the organization.  Representative Kenton was instrumental in the acquisition of the present location of People's Place Counseling Center and Administration buildings on Airport Road and has served on the People's Place Properties Board for several years. 

The agency presented the Community Supporter of the Year award to CAMP Rehoboth and the Individual Volunteer of  the Year awards to Ms. Leslie Sinclair and Ms. Ruth Kloetzli, also from CAMP Rehoboth.  The 2018 Rookie of the Year award went to Ms. Chantel Collie from the People's Place Whatcoat Social Services Program and the two Employee of the Year awards were presented to Ms. Pamela Richards from the Independent Living program and Ms. Melinda Dubinski from the Turning Point program.
